NO. 12906 OFFER TO WALTER J. ALBRECHT AND WIFS, LYDIA ALBRECHT, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE
E$TBNSION OF F. M. ROAD 1341
On this the 8th day of February, 1977, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated by the State Department of Highways and
Public Transportation as Parcel No. 16 from Walter J. Albrecht and wife, Lydia Albrecht, for
the extension of F. M. Road 1341 from its present eastern terminus to the Cypress Creek Road
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - exit of Interstate Highway
10; and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations an agreed considera-
tion for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 16 has been arrived at, it is ordered on
motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the
Court that Kerz County offer to pay Walter J. Albrecht and wife,Lydia Albrecht the sum of
51,054.00 as compensation for iand and damages, including fencing costs, for their conveyance
to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 0.813 acres out of B. Woodson Survey
No. 374, which parcel consists of 0.328 acres of new right of way and 0.485 acres situated

within the existing County roadway, with payment being made upon their delivery to Kerr County -~-L-
of their properly executed right of way deed; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and
the Treasurer be suthorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 1341 right of way fund in the amount
of 51,054.00 payable to Walter J. Albrecht and wife, Lydia Albrecht, which voucher shall be
delivered upon the delivery of their executed right of way deed.

FUND
On this the 8th day of February 1977, upon motion ^ade by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be authoriz-
ed to transfer the sum of S50,000.00 from the F. M. and Lateral Road Fund to the F. M. 1341
Right of Way Fund.
