M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a regular term of the Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present: Julius R. Neunhoffar County Judge Earl Garrett Commissioner Precinct No. 1 Clinton M. Sallee Commissioner Precinct No. 2 Victor Lich Commissioner Precinct No. 3 Roger Stone Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, Lhe following proceedings were had: NO. 12908 CHAS. SCHREINER BANK SELECTED AS COUNTY DEPOSITORY On this the 14th day of February 1977, came on to be considered by the Court the bid of the Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas, offering its service as Depository foz County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds for the ensuing two years, and without service charge to Kerr County, Texas. it appearing to the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank of Kerrville, Texas is duly qualified to serve as such Depository, and that no other bids have been submitted to the Court, following duly published notice as required by law. Upon motion of Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court, the bid of Chas. Schreiner Sank was ordered and said Sank was selected' as Depository of all County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County Public School Funds for the next two ensuing years and said Bank is hereby directed to make good and sufficient bonds or deposit sufficient securities as required by law, in the necessary amount to cover each of said funds, and in the proper form prescribed by law and submit same, together with copies of said depository Contracts to this Court for approval. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12909 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 14th day of February 1977, came on to be examined by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kezr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Jury, General Road and Bridge, Juvenile Probation Fund, Kerr County Public Library Fund, Courthouse and Jail Construction #1 Fund and 216th District Probation Fund and F.M. 1341 R/W Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1985 thru 1990 Voucher Noa. 47919 thru 48128 which were made a part hereof and of this order. Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12910 ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY OF TWO 1977 MODEL FORD TWO TON TRUCKS FOR USE BY KERB COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' PRECINCTS TWO AND FOUR AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT TO KEN STOEPEL FORD, INC. On this the 14th day of February 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, second- ed by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of delivery of two 1977 Model Ford two ton trucks, cabs and chassis', for use by Kerr County Commissioners' _' Precincts Two and Four, as per specifications on file in the County Clerk's office and authorized payment to Ken Stoepel Ford, Inc. for said unite as per bid price as follows: One 1977 Ford Dump Truck (Chassis Cab Motor No. F60DV080904, Le9a Trade-in of one 1968 Chev. C-50 #C55 385155497 -- $7125.00 - for use by Kerr County Precinct No. 2).
