Nolan Underwood, for use of the Agricultural Building and Grounds on April 2, 1977 for the purpose of a Brownie Day Camporee, at ao charge, other than clean-up. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12915 KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' COURT ORDER NO. 12915 ORDER TO SNDORSE AND SUPPORT THE APPLICATION OF THE KERR COUNTY PROJECT, TITLED KERB COUNTY JUVENILE PROBATION DEPARTMENT, PROPOSED TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE TEXAS CRIMINAL JUSTICE DIVISION FOR A GRANT AMOUNT OF $16,154, TO ESTABLISH A KERB COUNTY JUVENILE PROBATION DEPARTMENT IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FOR A FULL TIME JUVENILE PROBATION DSPARTMENT. WHEREAS, the Kerr County Commissioners' Court has reviewed and approved this project and agreed that the project is consistent with the wishes of Kerr County and its current ~-'^ and long range correctional needs; -~ NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commis- aioner Garrett, and unanimously approved that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County endorses and supports the application, titled KERB COUNTY JUVENILE DEPARTMENT, and authorizes the Kerr County Judge to submit the same to the Texas Criminal Justice Division and urges its approval by the Texas Criminal Justice Division of the Governor's Office; and it is further ordered that Kerr County, acting by and through its Commissioners' Court, does hereby agree to make the in-kind contributions to the project as set out in the said project application. it is further noted that it is the present indention of this County to continue said project, if it is deemed successful, upon the termination of funding from the Criminal Justice Division.
