NO. 12919 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF MARY BROOKS, DISTRICT CLERK, FOR APPOINTMENT OF
LINDA JOYCE DECKER, AS DEPUTY DISTRICT CLERK OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS
on this the 14th day of February 1977, came on to be considered by the Court, the
application of Mary Brooks, District Clerk, for authority to deputize Linda Joyce Decker
as Deputy District Clerk, and it appearing to the Court that said application should be
granted, therefore upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee,
the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Linda Joyce
Decker as Deputy District Clerk of Kerr County, Texas and that her salary be set on an
hourly baste ~ S3.25 per hour for the months of June and July 1977 and beginning August 1,
1977 that her salary be net at S6,600.00 per annum, payable out of Officers Salary Fund. ~-~

N0. 12920 ORDER AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY JUDGE TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT FOR
RIGHT OF WAY PROCUREMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND COUNTY OF KERB
FOR 50-50 RIGHT OF WAY LOCATED ON KERRVILLE LOOP FROM F. M. 689 SOUTHEAST OF
KERRVILLE TO LESLIE DRIVE INTERSECTION AT I. H. 10 (EXCLUDING THAT PORTION
WITHIN THE CITY OF KERRVILLE)
On this the 14 day of February 1977 came on for consideration by the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas, conveyed in Regular Term, the matter of Kerr County entering
into Contractual Agreement for Right of Way Procurement by and between the State of Texas,
acting by and through the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation and Kerr
County, acting by and through its suthorixed officials, by executing four copies of Form
D-15-38 for the procurement of right of way on a SO-50 right of way project on Kerrville
Loop from F. M. 689 Southeast of Kerrville to Leslie Drivs Intersection at I. H. 10 (Exclud-
ing that portion within the City of Kerrville) in Kerr County, Texas and that the County
Judge be authorized to sign any other papers that may be needed during the work on this ,,,,,
project.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED BY the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County that Kerr County
enter into Contractual Agreement for Right of Way Procurement by executing four copies of 0'a~
Form D-15-38 for procurement of right of way on a 50-50 right of way project on Xerrville '~
Loop from F. M. 689 Southeast of Kerrville to Leslie Drive Intersection at I. H. 10
(Excluding that portion within the City of Kerrville), in Kerr County, Texas; and
IT is FURTHER ordered that the County Judge be authorized and he is hereby authorized
to sign any other papers that may be needed during the work on this project.
Kerr County accepts the offer made by the State to valve the requirements that the
County submit property valuations to the State and the State make the determination of
values at State expense, as provided far in Paragraph 2 under MDetermination of Right of
way Values" in said Contractual Agreement.
Under motion of Commissioner Lich and seconded by Commissioner Garrett, with Commis-
sionera Garrett, Sallee and Lich and County Judge Neunhoffer voting "AYE" and Commissioner
Stone voting "NO", said motion carrying by a majority vote and it wan so ordered passed.
