ROAD 1341 On this the 14th day of Februazy, 1977 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated by the State Depaztment of Highways and Public Transportation as Parcel No. 14 from Roland G. Behrendt and wife, Helen Behrendt, for the extension of F. M. Road 1341 from its present eastern terminus to the Cypress Creek Road exit of interstate Highway 10; and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 14 has been azrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay Roland G. Behrendt and wife, Helen Behrendt, the sum P# $1000.00 as compensation for land and damages, including fencing costs and cattle guard relocation, for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 0.627 acres out of L. Freeman Survey No. 376 which parcel consists of 0.182 acres of new right of way and 0.445 acres situated within the existing County roadway, with payment being made upon their delivery to Kerr County of their properly executed right of way deed together with a partial release of an outstanding lien by Community Savings and Loan Association of Fredericksburg; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasur- er be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 1341 riZlht of way fund in the amount of and Community Savings and Loan Association of Fredericksburg, S1000,p0 payable to Roland G. Behrendt and wife, Helen Behrendt,/which voucher shall be delivered upon the delivery of their executed right of way deed and paztial release of lien as aforesaid. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12922 OFFER TO WALTER KUTZER AND WIFE, LORIETTA KUTZER, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE EXTENSION OF F. M. ROAD 1341 On this the 14th day of February, 1977 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a pazcel of land designated by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation as Parcel No. 15 from Walter Kutzez and wife, Lorietta Kutner, for the extension of F. M. Road 1341 from its present eastera terminus to the Cypress Creek Road exit of Interstate Highway 10; and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Pazcel No. 15 has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay Walter Kutner and wife, Lorietta Kutner the sum of $2,241.63 as compensation for land and damages, including fencing coats, for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a pazcel of land comprising 0.770 acres out of John Clark Survey No. 375, which parcel consists of 0.674 acres of new right of way and 0.096 acres situated within the existing County roadway, with payment being made upon their delivery to Kerr County of their properly executed right of way deed; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 1341 right of way fund in the amount of $2,291.63 payable to Walter Kutner and wife, Lorietta Kutner, which voucher shall be delivered upon the delivery of their executed right of way deed. o-o-o-o-o-a-o-o-o NO. 12923 OFFER TO FRED SAUR, JR.
