Road 1341 from its present eastern terminus to the Cypress Creek Road exit of Interstate Highway 10; and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 14 has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay Roland G. Behrendt and wife, Helen Behrendt, the sum pf S1000.00 as compensation for land and damages, including fencing costa and cattle guard relocation, for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 0.627 acres out of L. Freeman Survey No. 376 which parcel consists of 0.182 acres of new right of way and 0.445 acres situated within the existing County roadway, with payment being made upon their delivery to Rerr County of their properly executed right of way deed together with a partial release of an outstanding lien by Community Savings and Loan Association of Fredericksburg; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasur- er be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 1341 riZjht of way fund in the amount of and Community Savings and Loan Association of Fredericksburg, 51000,00 payable to Roland G. ROAD 1341 On this the 14th day of February, 1977 came on to be heazd and considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated by the State Depaztment of Highways and Public Transportation as Parcel No. 15 from Walter Kutner and wife, Lorietta Kutzer, for the extension of F. M. Road 1341 from its present eastern terminus to the Cypress Creek Road exit of Interstate Highway 10; and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Pazcel No. 15 has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay Walter Kutzer and wife, Lorietta Kutner the sum of 52,291.63 as compensation for land and damages, including fencing coats, for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 0.770 acres out of John Clark Survey No. 375, which parcel consists of 0.674 acres of new right of way and 0.096 acres situated within the existing County roadway, with payment being made upon their delivery to Kerr County of their properly executed right of way deed; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F.
