Austin Survey No. 377, which parcel consists of 0.522 acres of new right ' of way and 0.136 acres situated within the existing County roadway, with payment being made j upon their delivery to Kerr County of their properly executed right of way deed together with a partial release of an outstanding lien by Community Savings and Loan Associatlon of ' Fredericksburg; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to d~' ' draw a voucher on the F. Holekamp and wife, Celie Holekamp, Harry Holekamp and wife, Wanda Holekamp, James C. Holekamp and wife, Estelle Holekamp, and Jeannette K. Holekamp Wingfield and husband, Kenneth Wingfield for the extension of F. M. Road 1341 from its present eastern terminus to the Cypress Creek Road exit of Interstate Highway 10; and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 13 has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion ` by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that Rerr County offer to pay Richard W. Holekamp Wingfield, the sum of $3,267.00 as compensation for land and damages, including fencing costa, for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 2.587 acres out of L. Freeman Survey No. 376, which parcel consists of 1.060 acres of new right of way and 1.527 acres situated within the existing County roadway, with payment being made upon their delivery to Kerr County of their properly executed right of way deed and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 1341 right of way fund in the amount of $3,267.00 payable to Richard W. Holekamp, Harry M. Holekamp, James C. Holekamp, and Jeannette K.
