~' an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Pazcel No. 1 has been azrived at,
it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously '
approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay Harry E. Reeh sad wife, Geraldine Reeh
the sum of $2,485.00 as compensation for land and damages, including fencing costs, for their
conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 1.443 acres out of T. J.
Golightly Survey No. 379, which parcel consists of 0.506 acres of new right of way and 0.937
acres situated within the existing County roadway, with payment being made upon their de-
livery to Kerr County of their properly executed right of way deed; and it is further order-
ed that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 1341 right
of way fund in the amount of $2,485.00 payable to Hazry E. Reeh and wife, Geraldine Reeh,
which voucher shall be delivered upon the delivery of their executed right of way deed.

NO. 12926 TRANSFER OF 320,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 14th day of February 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, second-
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be
authorized to transfer the sum of $20,000.00 from the General Fund to the General Road ~
Bridge Fund.

On this the 14th day of February 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be and
are hereby authorized to apportion the sum of $15,000.00 from the General Road and Bridge
Fund to the four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows:

CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 15th day of February 1977, came on to be examined by the Court the Quazter-
ly Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning November 1st, 1976 and
ending January 31, 1977, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and
found correct.
