approved by the Court that Kerr County offer to pay Harry E. Reeh sad wife, Geraldine Reeh
the sum of $2,485.00 as compensation for land and damages, including fencing costs, for their'!
conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 1.443 acres out of T. J.
Golightly Survey No. 379, which parcel consists of 0.506 acres of new right of way and 0.937
acres situated withia the existing County roadway, with payment being made upon their de-
livery to Kerr County of their properly executed right of way deed; and it is further order-
ed that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 1341 right
of way fund in the amount of 52,485.00 payable to Harry E. Reeh and wife, Geraldlne Reeh,
which voucher shall be delivered upon the delivery of their executed right of way deed.

NO. 12926 TRANSFER OF $20,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 14th day of February 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, second- "
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be
authorized to transfer the sum of 520,000.00 from the General Fund to the General Road 6
Bridge Fund.

are hereby authorized to apportion the sum of $15,000.00 from the General Road and Bridge

expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning November lat, 1976 and
ending January 31, 1977, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and
found correct.

NO. 12930 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 15th day of February 1977, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court,
came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer of
said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of November 1976 and ending on the 31st
day of January 1977, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found
correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as
therein shown.
it is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is here-
by approved; the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record acoounts
of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.

terminus to the Cypress Creek Road exit of Interstate Highway 10; and it appearing to the

the said Parcels Nos. 3 and 3(E) has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Lich, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County
offer to pay Margaret N. Rusch and husband, LeRoy Rusch, the sum of $9,215.00 as compensation
for land and damages, including fencing costs, for their conveyance to the State of Texas
of a parcel of land comprising 5.690 acres of land out of T. J. Golightly Survey No. 379, P.
Nuernburger Survey No. 689 and T. T. Austin Survey No. 377, together with a channel easement
comprising 0.057 acres out of Survey 379, which 5.690 parcel consists of 4.135 acres of new
