NO. 12930 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 15th day of February 1977, in Regular Session of Commisaionera' Court,
came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer of
said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of November 1976 and ending on the 31st
day of 3anuary 1977, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found
correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
', account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
apart thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as
therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is here-
by approved; the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record acoounta
of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.

NO. 12931 OFFER TO MARGARET N. RUSCH AND HUSBAND, LEROY RUSCH, FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE
EXTENSION OF F. M. ROAD 1341
On this the 18th day of February, 1977 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of acquiring a parcel of land deaignated by the State Department of Highways and
Public Transportation as Parcel No. 3, together with a channel easement deaignated as Parcel
_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ ; (E) , from Margaret N. Rusch
and husband, LeRoy Rusch, for the extension of F. M. Road 1341 from its present eastern
terminus to the Cypress Creek Road exit of Interstate Highway 10; and it appearing to the
Court that, as a result of prior negotiations an agreed consideration for the conveyance of
the said Parcels Nos. 3 and 3(E) has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Lich, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County
offer to pay Margaret N. Rusch and husband, LeRoy Rusch, the sum of $9,215.00 as compensation
for land and damages, including fencing costs, for their conveyance to the State of Texas
of a parcel of land comprising 5.690 acres of land out of T. J. Goliqhtly Survey No. 379, P.
Nuernburger Survey No. 689 and T. T. Austin Survey No. 377, together with a channel easement
comprising 0.057 acres out of Survey 379, which 5.690 parcel consists of 4.135 acres of new
right of way and 1.555 acres situated within the existing County roadway, with payment being
made upon their delivery to Kerr County of their properly executed right of way deed and
