channel easement; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the F. M. 1341 right of way fund in the amount of 59,215.00 payable to
Margaret N. Ruach and husband, LeRoy Rusch, which voucher shall be delivered upon the
delivery of their executed right of way deed and channel easement.

COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION MARCH 3, 1977 at 3:45 o'clock P. M., with the

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 12932 ORDER APPROVING MONTHLY ESTIMATE NO. 12 OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO WACO
CONSTRUCTION, INC.
On this the 3rd day of Mazch 1977, came on to be examined by the Court, the Contrac-
tor's request for payment of Monthly Estimate No. 12 of the Construction Contract for the A
Annex to the Kerr County, Texas, Courthouse and Jail Building. Said request for payment
having been examined by Lester B. Whitton, P. E. and A. B. Swank, F.A.I.A. and recommended
to the Court that payment be made to Waco Construction, Inc., in the amount of 555,286.10.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved the Monthly Estimate No. 12 of the Construction Contract and the
Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of S55,286.10,
payable to Waco Construction, Inc., out of the Courthouse and Jail Construction Fund No. 1.
