SWANK FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES INCIDENT TO CONSTRUCTION OF KERB COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX On this the 14th day of March, 1977, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of payment of the balance due Lester B. Whitton and A. B. Swank for professional services incident to the Courthouse Annex construction project as per statement dated February 24, 1977, which statement reflects a revision of various professional fees due as a result of contract revisions and addenda and revision of original construction plans, a portion of which have not been included in previous payments made for professional services as per prior statements submitted by Lester B. Whitton and A. B. Swank; and it appearing to the Court that as per the revised and consolidated statement for services as submitted on February 24, 1977 and filed with the Clerk of the Court, there remains due and unpaid a current balance of $14,583.26 which should be paid; it is ordered on motion by Commissioner ~V), Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that the balance C of 514,583.26 currently due and owing A. 8. Swank and Lester B. Whitton be paid as follows, and that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw vouchers on the appropriate funds as herein indicated payable to Lester B. Whitton and A. B.
