NO. 12944 ORDER AMENDING ORDER NO. 12922, OFFER TO WALTER KUTZER AND WIFE, LORIETTA KUTZER,
' FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE EXTENSION OF FM ROAD 1341
On this the 14th day of March 1977, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of amending Order No. 12922 entered by the Court on the 14th day of February 1977,
which order sets forth an offer to Walter Kutzer and wife, Lorietta Kutner for a parcel of
right of way for the extension of F M Road 1341; and it appearing to the Court that the said
right of way parcel designated as parcel #15 has been revised and recalculated as to area so
that it now comprises 0.868 acres of land out of John Clark Survey No. 375, consisting of
0.795 acres of new right of way and 0.073 acres situated within the existing County roadway;
and it further appearing to the Court that the aforesaid adjustment has altered the amount
of right of way fencing involved so that the total amount of compensation due the landowners
for their conveyance of the said parcel #15 has been recalculated to be $2,457.72 rather
than the sum of $2,291.63 authorized to be paid to the said landowners pursuant to the
provisions of the said Order No. 12,922, therefore an additional sum of $166.09 is due the
' said Walter and Lorietta Kutner, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by
', Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County pay Walter Kutner
and wife, Lorietta Kutzer an additional sum of $166.09 as compensation for land and damages
for their conveyance to the State of Texas of the said right of way parcel #15; and it is
further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw an additional voucher
on the F. M. 1341 right of way fund in the amount of $166.09 payable to Walter Kutzer and wife,
Lorietta Kutner.

NO. 12945 TRANSFER OF $10,000.00 FROM F. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND TO F. M. 1341 R/W FUND
On this the 14th day of March 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be
authorized to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund to the F. M.
1341 Right of Way Fund.

NO. 12946 APPORTIONMENT OF $15,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 14th day of March 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be and
are hereby authorized to apportion the sum of $15,000.00 from the General Road and Bridge
Fund to the four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows:

Road	and	Bridge	Precinct	No.	2 -----	----- 53,000.00
Road	and	Bridge	Precinct	No.	3 -----	----- 53,000.00

On this the 14th day of March 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
