M., Central Standard Time, March 14th, 1977, with all members present, and the taking and receiving of bids for office furniture for the County Clerk's Office and the Tax Assessor-Collector's Office was declared closed at this time. Five sealed bids were opened and read aloud by County Judge, Julius R. Sallee Commissioner Precinct No. 2 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 12949 OFFER TO ERNST ~~~Ra;H~'I~XT~NSIYyN OF ~HEM~RH~D~34~OLFLEY LICH, FOR RIGHT OF WAY On this the 21st day of March, 1977, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation as Parcel No.2 together with a channel easement designated as Parcel 2(E) from 'Ernst Perry Lich and wife, Thelma Olive Woolf ley Lich, for the extension of F. M. Road 1341 from its present eastern terminus to the Cypress Creek Road exit of Interstate Highway 10; and !it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcels Nos. 2 and 2(E) has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, and unanimously approved by 'the Court that Kerr County offer to pay Ernst Perry Lich and wife, Thelma Olive Woolf ley Lich,' the sum of $15,523.00 as compensation for land and damages, including fencing costs, for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 7.354 acres of land out of Surveys 379, T. J. Golightly, 689 P. Nuernberger and 377 W. T. Austin, together with a channel' easement comprising 0.057 acres out of Survey 379, which parcels consist of 5.086 acres of new right of way and 2.268 acres situated within the existing County roadway, with payment being made upon their delivery to Kerr County of their properly executed right of way deed; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 1341 right of way fund in the amount of $15,523.00 payable to Ernst Perry Lich and wife, Thelma Olive Woolf ley Lich, which voucher shall be delivered upon the delivery of
