COUNTY OF KERR ~ BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 11th
day of April 1977 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a regular term of
the Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

On this the 11th day of April 1977, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos, 1, 2, 3 and 4, General Koad & tSridge,
General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Jury, Kerr County Public Library, 216th District
Probation and Kerr County Juvenile Probation Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts
Allowed from page 200b thru 2010 Voucher Nos. 48533 thru 48714 which were made
a part hereof this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approv-
ed by the Court.

N0. 12957 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 11th day of April 1977, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of March of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, the same having
been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with
the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

IQO. 12958 QUARTERLY REPORTS ON TRUST FUND AND FINES OF COUNTY CLERK APPROVED
On this the 11th day of April 1977, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to Officers,
witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled there-
to, for the period ending the 31st day of March 1977, and held on deposit in the County Clerk's
_ Trust Fund in the amount of $17,465.65.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $3926.00.

FOR ROAD RIGHTS OF WAY IN PRECINCT N0. 4 of Kerr County, Texas, for T. V. Cables,
Etc.
WHEREAS, the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, after a full public proceeding
affording due process, considered the legal, character, financial, technical, and other
qualifications of the Applicant and the adequacy and feasibility of its construction arrange-
', ments, granted and approved Applicant's Application for renewal of Applicant's right to use
road right of ways in Precinct 4 of Kerr County, Texas, upon motion made by Commissioner
Stone, and seconded by Commissioner Sallee; the Court unanimously approved that the foregoing
application be granted to SOUTHWEST CABLEVISION, INC., on this the 11th day of April, 1977.

proprietorship, FOR ROAD RIGHTS OF WAY IN PRECINCT N0. 4 of Kerr County,
Texas, for T. V. Cables, Ect.
WHEREAS, the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, after a full public proceeding
affording due process, considered the legal, character, financial, technical, and other
qualifications of the Applicant and the adequacy and feasibility of its construction arrange-
ments, granted and approved Applicant's Application for renewal of Applicant's right to use
road right of ways in Precinct 4 of Kerr County, Texas, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone,
and seconded by Commissioner Sallee; the Court unanimously approved that the foregoing applica-
tion be granted to J. W. PRIOUR, JR., TELEVISION CABLE, a sole proprietorship.

N0. 12961 ORDER APPROVING PAYMENT N0. 13 of CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO WACO CONSTRUCTION, INC.
On this the 11th day of April 1977, came on to be examined by the Court, the Contractor's
request for Payment No. 13 of the Construction Contract for the Annex to the Kerr County,
Texas, Courthouse and Jail Building. Said request for payment having been examined by Lester
B. Whitton, P. E. and A. B. Swank, F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court that payment be
made to Waco Construction, Inc., in the amount of $30,489.30.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved Payment No. 13 of the Construction Contract and the Clerk and
Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $30,489.30, payable to
Waco Construction, Inc., out of the Courthouse and Jail Construction Fund No. 1.

N0. 12962 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO A. B. SWANK AND LESTER B. WHITTON FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
SERVICES ON CORRECTION/DETENTION FACILITY FOR KERR COUNTY
On this the 11th day of April 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Kerr County Jail Construction Fund in the amount of $4,292.00, payable
to A. B. Swank, F.A.I.A. and Lester B. Whitton, P. E., for professional services on Correc-
tion/Detention Facility - EDA PROJECT N0. 08-51-0090, Kerr County, Texas, for work completed
in accordance with Agreement dated October 18, 1976.
