N0. 12961 ORDER APPROVING PAYMENT N0. 13 of CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO WACO CONSTRUCTION, INC.
On this the 11th day of April 1977, came on to be examined by the Court, the Contractor's
request for Payment No. 13 of the Construction Contract for the Annex to the Kerr County,
Texas, Courthouse and Jail Building. Said request for payment having been examined by Lester
B. Whitton, P. E. and A. B. Swank, F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court that payment be
made to Waco Construction, Inc., in the amount of $30,489.30.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved Payment No. 13 of the Construction Contract and the Clerk and
Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $30,489.30, payable to
Waco Construction, Inc., out of the Courthouse and Jail Construction Fund No. 1.

to A. B. Swank, F.A.I.A. and Lester B. Whitton, P. E., for professional services on Correc-
tion/Detention Facility - EDA PROJECT N0. 08-51-0090, Kerr County, Texas, for work completed
in accordance with Agreement dated October 18, 1976.

N0. 12964 ORDER DESIGNATING CHAS. SCHREINER BANK AS COUNTY DEPOSITORY
On this 11th day of April 1977, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of designating the official Depository of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court
that the Depository Pledge Contracts submitted by the Chas. Schreiner Bank covering deposits
of County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County School Funds which have
heretofore been approved by the Court pursuant to Order No. 12938, entered on the 14th day
of March, 1977, have now been duly approved by the State Comptroller and by the Texas Educa-
tion Agency, it is therefore ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commission-
er Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank be and is here-
by designated as the official Depository of Kerr County Funds, County and District Court
Trust Funds and County School Funds, and it is further ordered that the County Clerk of Kerr
County record such depository pledge contracts as required by law, and that the Clerk deliver
all extra copies of said contracts, together with a copy of the order to the said Chas.

Interest Bearing Certificates of Deposits, with the Chas. Schreiner Bank, which investments
shall be for the amounts and period of time as shown above.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw proper vouchers
on the funds aforementioned and in the amounts above set forth to effect the aforesaid
