On this the 11th day of April 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be
authorized to refund the unexpended balance of $2234.25 out of the Kerr County Juvenile
Probation Fund to the Criminal Justice Division, which balance remains from the first year
Grant received for funding of the Kerr County Juvenile Probation Office.

N0. 12967 ORDER AUTHORIZING TEMPORARY TRANSFER OF $1200.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO THE KERR
COUNTY JUVENILE PROBATION FUND
On this the 11th day of April 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved an order authorizing the Clerk and
Treasurer to transfer the sum of $1200.00 from the General Fund temporarily to the Kerr
County Juvenile Probation Fund, pending receipt of the second year funding from the Criminal
Justice Division, and that the General Fund be reimbursed upon receipt of said funding.

N0. 12968 TRANSFER OF $15,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 11th day of April 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be and
are hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $15,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers
Salary Fund.

On this the 11th day of April 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded

are hereby authorized to apportion the sum of $15,000.00 from the General Road and Bridge
Fund to the four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows:

N0. 12970 SCHOOL TRUSTEE ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 11th day of April 1977, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the School Trustee Election held on April 2,
1977, which included:

County School Trustee Commissioner Precinct No. 2
County School Trustee Commissioner Precinct No. 4
District No. 12 Trustee Divide Common School
District Trustee Hunt Independent School
Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
Districts, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated
in Volume 6, Page 62, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the
Commissioners' Court, and upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner
Lich, the Court unanimously approved said returns. ~.

Kerrville Independent School District to the Turtle Creek Cemetery Property, as per bid
specifications and restrictions, including the responsibility for maintenance thereof.
