On this the 6th day of May, 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by
Commissioner Stone, the Gourt unanimously approved the Revised Plat of Loyal Valley No. Four,
subject to the same conditions set forth on the face of the original plat, relative to road
maintenance.
