W. Vansant be reappointed to another two year term to the Kerrville-Kerr County Joint Airport Board. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 12985 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF AIME FRANK REAL FOR USE OF AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING MAY 12, 13 and 14, 1977 FOR ANNUAL 4-H & FFA LAMB SALE On this the 9th day of May 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that Aime Frank Real be granted use of the Agriculture Exhibition Building on May 12, 13 and 14, 1977 for the Annual 4-H & FFA Lamb Sale, at a charge of $50.00 per day, plus clean-up. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 12986 ORDER FIXING ASSESSMENT RATIO TO BE EMPLOYED FOR THE VALUATION OF PROPERTY ON THE 1977 TAX ROLL OF KERR COUNTY On this the 9th day of May, 1977, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of fixing the assessment ratio to be employed for the valuation of property on the 1977 tax roll of Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that by virtue of Order No. 12774 entered on the 13th day of September, 1976, the Court did order that all properties rendered for taxes to the Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County should be rendered at full market value and that the ratio of valuation to be employed for the 1977 tax roll would be subsequently determined, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and unanimously approved by the Court that all properties shall be placed on the 1977 tax roll of _, Kerr County at fifty five per cent of their full market value based on renditions made to the Tax Asessor of Kerr County or on values placed on unrendered properties by said Tax Assessor, subject to final adjustments, if any, made by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County sitting as a Board of Equalization. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 12987 ORDER AUTHORIZING CANCELLATION OF VOUCHER N0. 48810 AND ISSUANCE OF REPLACEMENT VOUCHER TO SHANNON LEE JONES, DEPUTY SHERIFF On this the 9th day of May 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that Voucher No. 48810, dated April 26, 1977, in the amount of $591.02, issued to Shannon Lee Jones, Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, be cancelled and payment be stopped, due to loss of the voucher in the mail, and that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to issue a replacement voucher to Shannon Lee Jones, Deputy Sheriff, in the amount of $591.02. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 12988 ORDER APPROVING STATEWIDE HUNTING, FISHING AND TRAPPING PROCLAMATION N0.
