N0. 12989 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO LESTER B. WHITTON FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR RESTORATION
AND REMODELING OF EXISTING COURTHOUSE
On this the 9th day of May 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved payment to Lester B. Whitton for pro-
fessional services in the amount of $2,775.00 for restoration and remodeling of Existing
Courthouse and that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the above
amount, payable to Lester B. Whitton, out of the Courthouse Renovation Fund.

N0. 12990 ORDER AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF SURPLUS FUNDS IN CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSITS WITH
CHAS. SCHREINER BANK
On this the 9th day of May 1977, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of investing certain funds currently on deposit and for the amounts and period of time
as listed below:

Courthouse Renovation Fund	$90,000.00	To mature	in	90 days
Special Reserve Fund	18,000.00	To mature	in	90 days
and that these funds should be invested as soon as possible, in Interest Bearing Certificates
of Deposits, pending possible need of these funds for expenditure, it is ordered on motion
made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved
the above mentioned investments in Interest Bearing Certificates of Deposits, with the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, which investments shall be for the amounts and period of time as shown above.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw proper
vouchers on the funds aforementioned and in the amounts above set forth to effect the afore-
said investments with the Chas. Schreiner Bank.

N0. 12992 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF HILL RIVER COUNTRY ESTATES SECTION TWO
On this the 9th day of May 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Hill River Country Estates
Section Two, provided in so doing, Kerr County does not accept as County Roadways the road
easements dedicated for public use and further, that Kerr County does not assume responsibility
for repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction of roadways so dedicated.

N0. 12993 ORDER APPROVING REQUEST OF CONTRACTOR, C. A. LOGEMAN, INC., FOR PAYMENT N0. 1
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF KERB COUNTY CORRECTION/DETENTION FACILITY
On this the 9th day of May 1977, came on to be examined by the Court, the Contractor's
equest for Payment No. 1 of the Construction Contract for the Kerr County Correction/Detention
Facility. Said request for payment having been examined by Lester B. Whitton, P. E. and A. B.

Swank, F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court that payment be made to C. A. Logeman, Inc.,
in the amount of $24,761.07.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the
Court unanimously approved the Contractor's Request for Payment No. 1 of the Construction
Contract and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of
$24,761.07, payable to C. A. Logeman, Inc., out of the Kerr County Jail Construction Fund.

N0. 12994 ORDER SETTING COMPENSATION FOR COUNTY AUDITOR, DON WILLIAMSON
On this the 9th day of May, 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the compensation for the County
Auditor, Don Williamson, be set at $10,920.00 per annum, effective the date of his qualifica-
tion, the same being May 3, 1977, payable out of the General Fund,

N0. 12995 ORDER AUTHORIZING TEMPORARY TRANSFER FROM GENERAL FUND TO THE KERR COUNTY JUVENILE
PROBATION FUND
On this the 9th day of May 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized
to transfer the sum of $1200.00 temporarily from the General Fund to the Kerr County Probation
Fund, providing that funding has not been received by May 26, 1977.

hereby authorized to apportion the sum of $30,000.00 from the General Road and Bridge Fund
to the four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows:
