14, 1974, be rescinded and terminated, effective May 1, 1977, due to the District Attorney's
removal of his office and residence from Kerr County, Texas.

Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved an increase of the office rent allowance
of the County Attorney of Kerr County, Texas, from $2400.00 per annum to $3900.00 per annum,
effective as of May 1, 1977.

"' Attorney be increased from $4800.00 per annum to $6300.00 per annum, effective as of May 1,
1977.

No. Five, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed
by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance.

Commissioners' Court accept the provisions contained in Minute Order No. 72660 passed by the
State Highway Commission on May 2, 1977, for the improvement by the Texas Highway Department
of the road described below and that Kerr County agrees to furnish all required right-of-way
free of cost to the State:
Extending from Farm to Market Road 689, Southeast of Kerrville, North to Interstate
Highway 10, a distance of approximately 4.7 miles.
