On this the 13th day of May 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Riverhill Townhouse Tracts
No. Five, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed
by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance.

On this the 13th day of May 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by
`Commissioner Lich, with Commissioners Sallee and Lich and County Judge Neunhoffer voting "AYE"
and Commissioners Garrett and Stone voting "NO", said motion carrying by a majority vote that
the Resolution Accepting the Provisions of State Highway Commission Minute Order be approved.

'COUNTY OF KERR ~ May 13th, 1977
'MOTION was made by Commissioner Sallee and seconded by Commissioner Lich that the Kerr County
Commissioners' Court accept the provisions contained in Minute Order No. 72660 passed by the
State Highway Commission on May 2, 1977, for the improvement by the Texas Highway Department
of the road described below and that Kerr County agrees to furnish all required right-of-way
free of cost to the State:
Extending from Farm to Market Road 689, Southeast of Kerrville, North to Interstate
Highway 10, a distance of approximately 4.7 miles.
VOTE on the motion was as follows:
Commissioner Earl Garrett "NO"
Commissioner Clinton M. Sallee "AYE"
Commissioner Victor Lich "AYE"
Commissioner Roger Stone "NO"
Judge Julius R. Neunhoffer "AYE"
WHEREUPON the motion was declared carried.
