Upon acceptance of the provisions of this Order by the appropriate officials of Kerr County
and the City of Kerrville, the Engineer-Director is directed to proceed with Preliminary
engineering including the preparation of right of way data and to enter into Contractual
Agreements with the appropriate officials for procurement of the required right of way, with
acquisition procedures to be in accordance with applicable Federal and State laws governing
the acquisition policies for acquiring real property, at an estimated State cost of $784,000,
financing the cost in the next appropriate program.
This Order is subject to acceptance by Kerr County and the City of Kerrville and if not
accepted within 90 days of the date hereof the action herein contained shall be automatical-
ly cancelled.

On this the 13th day of May 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved payment to Don Green for pipe and that
the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $450.00 payable to
Don Green, out of Road & Bridge No. 4 Fund, for 1000 ft. of pipe @ .45 per foot.

OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR OVERPAYMENT RECEIVED FROM KERR COUNTY'S
SHARE OF MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE SALES
On this the 18th day of May 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that Doris Lee Smith, Tax Assessor-
Collector of Kerr County, Texas, be reimbursed in the amount of $10,752.41, for overpayment
received by Kerr County from proceeds of Kerr County's share of Motor Vehicle License Sales,
previously deposited in the Kerr County Road and Bridge Fund, and that the Clerk and Treasurer
be authorized to draw a voucher on the Road and Bridge Fund in the amount of $10,752.41,
payable to Doris Lee Smith, Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas.
