i~ ORDER N0. 13007 OFFER TO CHARLES C. JONES, JR. AND WIFE, JEAN LAURIE JONES, FOR RIGHT OF WAY '- FOR THE EXTENSION OF F. M. ROAD 1341 On this the 18th day of May, 1977, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated by the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation as Parcel No. 12 from Charles C. Jones, Jr. and wife, Jean Laurie Jones, for the extension of F. M. 1341 from its present eastern terminus to the Cypress Creek Road exit of Interstate Highway 10; and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations an agreed consideration for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 12 has been arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Stone, with Commissioner8 Garrett, Sallee and Stone, and Judge Neunhoffer voting "aye", and Commissioner Lich voting "no", said motion being approved by a majority vote; that Kerr County offer to pay Charles C. Jones and wife, Jean Laurie Jones, the sum of $9,705.00 as compensation for land and damages, in- cluding fencing costs, for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land com- prising 1.906 acres of land out of Surveys 461, 376 and 648, which parcel consists of 1.692 ~-~ acres of new right of way and 0.214 acre situated within the existing County roadway, with F r~ payment being made upon their delivery to Kerr County of their properly executed right of way deed; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 1341 right of way fund in the amount of $9,705.00 payable to Charles C. Nugent (a copy of which is attached hereto), we the undersigned _, District Judges do hereby appoint Mr. Don Williamson as County Auditor for Kerr County, Texas effective as of May 1, 1977, at an annual salary to be paid him for his services out of the General Fund not more than the amount allowed or paid the County Tax Assessor-Collector in Kerr County. We respectfully request that your court provide the County Auditor with the necessary space, equipment, and other supplies and clerical help, if necessary, in order for said Auditor to be able to adequately and efficiently perform his duties.
