M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a regular term of the Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present: EARL GARRETT Commissioner Precinct No. 1 CLINTON M. SALLEE Commissioner Precinct No. 2 VICTOR LICH Commissioner Precinct No. 3 ROGER STONE Commissioner Precinct No. 4 On this the 13th day of June 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, it was unanimously approved by the Court that Commissioner Stone be selected as the Presiding Officer of the Regular June 1977 Term of Commissioners' Court, during the absence of County Judge Julius R. Neunhoffer, and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 13010 ACCEPTANCE OF C. E. T. A. FUNDS AVAILABLE THROUGH A.A.C.O.G. On this the 13th day of June 1977, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of acceptance of C.E.T.A. Funds available through A.A.C.O.G., and it appearing to the Court that the sum of $78736.00 has been made available to Kerr County and the City of Kerrville through Comrehensive Employment & Training Act, Title VI, to be used within the ensuing seventeen months, in compliance with provisions of the Act. It is ordered on motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court that the sum of $37,335.00 be allocated for use by the City of Kerrville to continue funding for existing positions and that the sum of $41,401.00 be used by Kerr County for cost of jobs created under the program. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 13011 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 13th day of June 1977, came on to be examined by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 2, General, ~' Officers Salary, Jury, Road & Bridge, County Law Library, Kerr County Public Library, 216th Judicial District Probation, Kerr County Juvenile Probation and Special Reserve Fund, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page2022 thru 2026 Voucher Nos. 49144 thru 49329 which were made a part hereof and of this order. Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 13012 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED On this the 13th day of June 1977, came on to be examined by the Court the various reports of May of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
