On this the 13th day of June 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Tommie Jean
Cowden, Deputy County Clerk, be ratified and confirmed, with deep regret, effective June 14,
1977.

On this the 23rd day of June 1977,, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded

provided in so doing, Kerr County does not accept as County Roadways the road easements
dedicated for public use, and further, that Kerr County does not assume responsibility for
repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction of roadw2.ys so dedicated.
