ROGER STONE Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: N0. 13029 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 11th day of July 1977, came on to be examined by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 2, Lateral Road 3, General, Jury, Officers Salary, Public Library, Flood Control Maintenance, County Law Library, 216th District Probation and Kerr County Juvenile Probation Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 2030 thru 2034 Voucher Nos. 49438 thru 49625 which were made a part hereof and of this order. Motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 13030 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS OF KERB COUNTY APPROVED On this the 11th day of July 1977, came on to be examined by the Court the various reports of June of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted, therefore upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.
