Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to Officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June 1977, and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $18,860.86. Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $4385.00. Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approv- ed the reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 13032 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES On this the 11th day of July 1977, came on to be considered by the Court the semi-annual report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the Chas. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her hands for the period from January 1, 1977 and ending June 30, 1977 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $18,860.86. It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved. Motion was made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 13033 APPROVAL OF REVISED AGREEMENT - U. S. FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE COOPERATING WITH TEXAS AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION SERVICE- TEXAS ANIMAL DAMAGE CONTROL ASSOCIATION, INC. and KERB COUNTY On this the 11th day of July 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, with Commissioners Garrett and Lich and County Judge Neunhoffer voting "AYE" and Commissioner Sallee Abstaining from voting and Commissioner Stone voting "NO", said motion carrying by a majority vote that the Field Agreement - U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service cooperating with Texas Agricultural Extension Service - Texas Animal Damage Control Association, Inc. and Kerr County be approved and effective September 1, 1977 Kerr County will pay $450.00 per month for Predatory Animal Control, as per revised agreement, to the Texas Cooperative Trapping Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 13034 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO LESTER B. WHITTON, FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ON RESTORATION AND REMODELING OF EXISTING COURTHOUSE On this the 11th day of July 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved payment to Lester B. Whitton for professional services on Restoration and Remodeling of the Existing Kerr County Courthouse, in the amount of $6,068.25. Payment to be made out of the Courthouse Renovation Fund in the amount of $3,068.25 now and the balance of $3,000.00 on August 10, 1977, at which time the Certificate of Deposit invested on the Courthouse Renovation Fund will mature. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13035 RESIGNATION OF COUNTY HEALTH NURSE, MARGARET HILL On this the 11th day of July 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Garrett the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Margaret Hill, _ , County Health Nurse, be accepted, with deep regret, effective August 1, 1977. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
