A SPECIAL TERM OF THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, CONVENED JULY 21, 1977
at 2:00 o'clock P. M., Central Daylight Time, with the following members present:
Julius R. Neunhoffer	County Judge

Clinton M. Sallee	Commissioner	Precinct	No.	2
Victor Lich	Commissioner	Precinct	No.	3
Roger Stone	Commissioner	Precinct	No.	4
The taking of bids for a contract proposed to be let by the County for the Restoration and
Remodeling of the Kerr County Courthouse was declared closed at this time.
' Four sealed bids were opened and read aloud by the County Judge, Julius R. Neunhoffer, and
the following order was passed:
NO. 13056 ORDER TO SUBMIT ALL BID5 TO LESTER B. WHITTON ASSOCIATES, PLANNING CONSULTANT,
FOR TABULATION AND EVALUATION
On this the 21st day of July 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, it was unanimously approved by the Court that all bids for a contract
proposed to be let by the County for the Restoration and Remodeling of the Kerr County Court-
house, be submitted to Lester B. Whitton Associates and the County Auditor for tabulation,
recommendations and evaluation, and that final award of a contract is proposed to be made
on the 28th day of July, 1977, by the Commissioners' Court, convened at its regular meeting
place in the County Courthouse at a meeting scheduled to begin at 10:00 o'clock A. M.

NO. 13057 ORDER AMENDING ORDER NO. 13047 DATED JULY 11th, 1977 - APPOINTMENT OF L. H. PURVIS
AS DEPUTY SHERIFF & SPECIAL INVESTIGATOR
On this the 21st day of July 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that Order No. 13047 be amended, rescinding
the auto allowance of L. H. Purvis, Deputy Sheriff and Special Investigator, in the amount
of $250.00 per month, retroactive to July 11th, 1977, due to Mr. Purvis._ having been furnished
County owned transportation.

NO. 13058 ORDER AMENDING ORDER NO. 13055 DATED JULY 14th, 1977 - ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF D & L
MAINTENANCE FOR JANITORIAL SERVICE FOR KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE AND ANNEX
On this the 21st day of July 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that Order No. 13055, dated July 14th, 1977,
Acceptance of Bid of D & L Maintenance for Janitorial Service for Icerr County Courthouse &
Annex, be amended, rescinding bond coverage of D & L Maintenance, retroactive to July 14,
1977, due to unavailability for this type of coverage.
