NO. 13068 ORDER AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF SURPLUS FUNDS IN CERTIFICATES OF DEPOSITS WITH
CHAS. SCHREINER BANK
On this the 8th day of August 1977, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of investing certain funds currently on deposit and for the amounts and period of
time as listed below:

and that these funds should be invested as soon as possible, in Interest Bearing Certificates
of Deposits, pending possible need of these funds for expenditure, it is ordered on motion
made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved
the above mentioned investments in Interest Bearing Certificates of Deposits, with the Chas.
Schreiner Bank, which investments shall be for the amounts and period of time as shown above.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw proper
vouchers on the funds aforementioned and in the amounts above set forth to effect the afore-
said investments with the Chas. Schreiner Bank.

NO. 13069 APPROVAL OF APPOINTMENT OF MRS. ROSS SNODGRASS TO KERB COUNTY HISTORICAL SURVEY
COMMISSION
On this the 8th day of August 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that Mrs. Ross Snodgrass be appointed
to the Kerr County Historical Survey Commission.

NO. 13070 ORDER APPROVING REQUEST OF CONTRACTOR, C. A. LOGEMAN, INC., FOR PAYMENT NO. 4
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF KERB COUNTY CORRECTION/DETENTION FACILITY
On this the 8th day of August 1977, came on to be examined by the Court, the Contrac-
tor's request for Payment No. 4 of the Construction Contract for the Kerr County Correc-
tion/Detention Facility.
Said request for payment having been examined by Lester B. Whitton, P. E, and A. B.
Swank, F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court that payment be made to C. A. Logeman, Inc.,
in the amount of $45,873.78.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the
Court unanimously approved the Contractor's Request for Payment No. 4 of the Construction
Contract and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount
of $45,873.78 payable to C. A. Logeman, Inc., out of the Kerr County Jail Construction Fund.

NO. 13071 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO A. B. SWANK, FAIA AND LESTER B. VdfiITTON, PE, FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ON KERB COUNTY CORRECTION/DETENTION FACILITY
On this the 8th day of August 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved payment to A. B. Swank, FAIR and
Lester B. Whitton, PE, for Professional Services on the Kerr County Correction/Detention
Facility in the amount of $11,476.09.
It is ordered that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the above
amount, out of the Kerr County Jail Construction Fund, payable to A. B. Swank, FAIA and
Lester B. Whitton, PE.
