COURT RE-CONVENED ON AUGUST 9th, 1977 at 9:45 o'clock A. M., with the following
officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 13081 ACCEPTANCE OF 1976 AUDIT AND PAYMENT OF SAME
On this the 9th day of August 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the Audit of the Kerr County
Records for 1976, as made by Pressler, Thompson and Company be accepted and that their claim
in the amount of $10,742.10 for their services be paid and that the Clerk and Treasurer be
authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund for payment of same. .--.

NO. 13082 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STATEMENT OF COUNTY
CLERK OF INDEBTEDIQESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 9th day of August 1977, came on to be examined by the Court the quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County, for the quarter beginning May 1, 1977 and ending
July 31, 1977, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court
unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference and
subject to audit.

NO. 13083 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 9th day of August 1977, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came
on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer of said
County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of May 1977 and ending on the 31st day of
July 1977, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct
as therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved; the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts
of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court.
