Neunhoffer County Judge Earl Garrett Commissioner Precinct No. 1 Roger Stone Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 13087 APPROVAL OF RE-PLAT OF INGRAM HILLS, BLOCK 33 On this the 26th day of August 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the Replat of Block 33, Ingram Hills (Survey No. 1768, G.C. & S.F.R.R. Co., Abst No. 901). (No road changes involved). o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13088 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF 2226 RANCH On this the 26th day of August 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of 2226 Ranch, out of Survey No. 1519, C. Sallee Commissioner Precinct No. 2 Victor Lich Commissioner Precinct No. 3 Roger Stone Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 13089 ADOPTION OF PROPOSED OPERATING BUDGET OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, FOR THE YEAR 1978 On this the 9th day of September 1977, came on to be considered by the Court the public hearing in the matter of the Adoption of the Proposed Operating Budget of Kerr County for the calendar year and fiscal year 1978, including proposed use of General Revenue Sharing Funds. It appearing to the Court that proper notices have been published in the official news- paper of Kerr County in the City of Kerrville, Texas, for more than ten days prior to the hearing date hereof, and after thorough examination by the Court and the consideration of the public interest of the Community, the Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should be approved. Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Operating Budget for the calendar and fiscal year 1978, includ- ing the proposed use of General Revenue Sharing Funds. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 13090 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF AIME FRANK REAL FOR USE OF AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING ON SEPTEMBER 9th and 10th, 1977 FOR FALL CLUB LAMB SALE On this the 9th day of September 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that Aime Frank Real be granted use of the Agriculture Exhibition Building on September 9th and 10th, 1977, for fall Club Lamb Sale, at a charge of $50.00 per day, plus clean-up. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o COURT ADJOURNED SEPTEMBER 9th, 1977 at 10:10 o'clock A.
