NO. 13099 SALARY INCREASES OF DISTRICT COURT REPORTERS OF 198TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT AND 216th
JUDICIAL DISTRICT
On this the 12th day of September 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the salary of the Court Reporter
of the 198th Judicial District be increased, effective September 1, 1977, and that his salary
be fixed at $5589.94 per annum and that the salary of the Court Reporter of the 216th Judicial
District be increased, effective September 1, 1977, and that his salary be fixed at $4845.73
per annum.

Deputy District Clerk, be increased from $6600.00 per annum to $7200.00 per annum, effective

NO. 13101 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF EMMIE M. MUENKER, COUNTY CLERK, FOR APPOINTMENT OF
RUBY WHITLOCK, AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 12th day of September 1977, came on to be considered by the Court, the
application of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, for authority to appoint and deputize Ruby
Whitlock, as Deputy County Clerk, and it appearing to the Court that said application should
be approved, therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner
Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Ruby
Whitlock as Deputy County Clerk and that she be paid a salary of $5760.00 per annum, effective
the date of her qualification, the same being September 12th, 1977, payable out of Officers
Salary Fund.

On this the 12th day of September 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, second-

Tracts #5, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed
by Kerr County, until residential development shall justify said maintenance.

NO. 13104 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SOUTH OAKS VILLAGE SECTION TWO
On this the 12th day of September 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, second-
ed by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of South Oaks Village
Section Two, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed
by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads
are constructed to specificiations of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 1.

NO. 13105 ORDER APPROVING REQUEST OF CONTRACTOR, C. A. LOGEMAN, INC. FOR PAYMENT NO. 5 FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF KERB COUNTY CORRECTION/DETENTION FACILITY
On this the 12th day of September 1977, came on to be examined by the Court, the Contrac-
tor's request for Payment No. 5 of the Construction Contract for the Kerr County Correction-
Detention Facility.
Said request for payment having been examined by Lester B. Whitton, P. E. and A. B. Swank,
~, F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court that payment be made to C. A. Logeman, Inc., in the
amount of $51,164.00.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the
Court unanimously approved the Contractor's Request for Payment No. 5 of the Construction
Contract and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of
$51,164.00, payable to C. A. Logeman, Inc., out of the Kerr County Jail Construction Fund.
