Assessor of Kerr County, Texas, and it appearing to the Court that said application should
be approved, therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner
Stone, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Linda
Kathleen McGlothin as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, and that her salary be fixed at $5760.00
per annum, effective the date of her qualification, the same being September 12, 1977 and
that said officer be authorized to deputize Frances S. Dodd as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector,
and that her salary be fixed at $5760.00, effective the date of her qualification, the same
being September 12, 1977 and that said salaries be payable out of Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.

NO. 13103 REPEAT OF RIVERHILL TOWNHOUSE TRACTS #5 APPROVED
On this the 12th day of September 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, second-
ed by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Replat of Riverhill Townhouse
Tracts #5, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed
by Kerr County, until residential development shall justify said maintenance.

NO. 13104 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SOUTH OAKS VILLAGE SECTION TWO
On this the 12th day of September 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, second-
ed by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of South Oaks Village
Section Two, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed
by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads
are constructed to specificiations of the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 1.

NO. 13105 ORDER APPROVING REQUEST OF CONTRACTOR, C. A. LOGEMAN, INC. FOR PAYMENT NO. 5 FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF KERB COUNTY CORRECTION/DETENTION FACILITY
On this the 12th day of September 1977, came on to be examined by the Court, the Contrac-
tor's request for Payment No. 5 of the Construction Contract for the Kerr County Correction-
Detention Facility.
Said request for payment having been examined by Lester B. Whitton, P. E. and A. B. Swank,
F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court that payment be made to C. A. Logeman, Inc., in the
amount of $51,164.00.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the
Court unanimously approved the Contractor's Request for Payment No. 5 of the Construction
Contract and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of
$51,164.00, payable to C. A. Logeman, Inc., out of the Kerr County Jail Construction Fund.
