Said request for payment having been examined by Lester B. Whitton, P. E. and A. B. Swank, F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court that payment be made to C. A. Logeman, Inc., in the amount of $51,164.00. M. 689 SOUTHEAST OF KERRVILLE TO LESLIE DRIVE INTERSECTION AT I. H. 10 (EXCLUDING THAT PORTION WITHIN THE CITY OF KERRVILLE) On this the 12 day of September A.
