Kathleen McGlothin as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, and that her salary be fixed at $5760.00
per annum, effective the date of her qualification, the same being September 12, 1977 and
that said officer be authorized to deputize Frances S. Dodd as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector,
and that her salary be fixed at $5760.00, effective the date of her qualification, the same
being September 12, 1977 and that said salaries be payable out of Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.

On this the 12th day of September 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, second-

Section Two, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed
by Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads

NO. 13105 ORDER APPROVING REQUEST OF CONTRACTOR, C. A. LOGEMAN, INC. FOR PAYMENT NO. 5 FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF KERR COUNTY CORRECTION/DETENTION FACILITX
On this the 12th day of September 1977, came on to be examined by the Court, the Contrac-
tor's request for Payment No. 5 of the Construction Contract for the Kerr County Correction-
Detention Facility.
Said request for payment having been examined by Lester B. Whitton, P. E. and A. B. Swank,
F.A.I.A. and recommended to the Court that payment be made to C. A. Logeman, Inc., in the
amount of $51,164.00.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the
Court unanimously approved the Contractor's Request for Payment No. 5 of the Construction
Contract and the Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of
$51,164.00, payable to C. A. Logeman, Inc., out of the Kerr County Jail Construction Fund.

WAY PROCUREMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND COUNTY OF KERR FOR 90-10 RIGHT
OF WAY LOCATED ON KERRVILLE LOOP FROM F. M. 689 SOUTHEAST OF KERRVILLE TO LESLIE
DRIVE INTERSECTION AT I. H. 10 (EXCLUDING THAT PORTION WITHIN THE CITY OF KERRVILLE)
On this the 12 day of September A. D. 1977, came on for consideration by the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas, conveyed in Regular Term, the matter of Kerr County entering into
Contractual Agreement for Right of Wav Procurement by and between the State of Texas, acting

by and through the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation and Kerr County,
acting by and through its authorized officials, by executing four copies of Form D-15-38
for the procurement of right of way on a 90-10 right of way project on Kerrville Loop from
F. M. 689 Southeast of Kerrville to Leslie Drive Intersection at I. H. 10 (Excluding that
portion within the City of Kerrville) in Kerr County, Texas and that the County Judge be
authorized to sign any other papers that may be needed during the work on this project.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED BY the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County that Kerr County
enter into Contractual Agreement for Right of Way Procurement by executing four copies of
Form D-15-38 for procurement of right of way on a 90-10 right of way project on Kerrville
Loop from F. M. 689 Southeast of Kerrville to Leslie Drive Intersection at I. H. 10 (Excluding
that portion within the City of Kerrville) in Kerr County, Texas; and
IT IS FURTHER ordered that the County Judge be authorized and he is hereby authorized
to sign any other papers that may be needed during the work on this project.
Kerr County accepts the offer made by the State to waive the requirements that the
County submit property valuations to the State and the State make the determination of values
at State expense, as provided for in Paragraph 2 under "Determination of Right of Way Values"
in said Contractual Agreement.
Under motion of Commissioner Sallee and seconded by Commissioner Lich, the motion was
passed unanimously and it was so ordered passed.
