portion within the City of Kerrville) in Kerr County, Texas and that the County Judge be
authorized to sign any other papers that may be needed during the work on this project.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED BY the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County that Kerr County
enter into Contractual Agreement for Right of Way Procurement by executing four copies of
Form D-15-38 for procurement of right of way on a 90-10 right of way project on Kerrville
Loop from F. M. 689 Southeast of Kerrville to Leslie Drive Intersection at I. H. 10 (Excluding
that portion within the City of Kerrville) in Kerr County, Texas; and
IT IS FURTHER ordered that the County Judge be authorized and he is hereby authorized
to sign any other papers that may be needed during the work on this project.
Kerr County accepts the offer made by the State to waive the requirements that the
County submit property valuations to the State and the State make the determination of values
at State expense, as provided for in Paragraph 2. under "Determination of Right of Way Values"

On this the 12th day of September 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be and are
hereby authorized to apportion the sum of $15,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund to
the four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows:
Road and Bridge #1 - $4,500.00
Road and Bridge #2 - $3,000.00
Road and Bridge #3 - $3,000.00
Road and Bridge #4 - $4,500.00

(f) Furnish and install all necessary conduit and wire from new or relocated window
air conditioning units to electrical panel. All wire and conduit sizes and installation to
conform with the latest edition of the National Electrical Code and the City of Kerrville
Electrical Code.
(g) Furnish and install any necessary closures, bracing, etc., as may be required
