with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 13112 REQUEST OF OPEN HORSE SHOW COMMITTEE OF KERB COUNTRY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, FOR
USE OF AGRICULTURE EXHIBITION BUILDING OCTOBER 8th, 1977
On this the 19th day of September 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the request of the Open Horse Show
Committee of Kerr Country Chamber of Commerce for use of the Agriculture Exhibition Building
for Open Horse Show, October 8th, 1977, at no charge, other than clean-up.
