COUNTY OF RERR X BE IT REPQEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 10th day
of October 1977 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of I:errville, Texas, a regular term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 13113 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 10th day of October 1977, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, 216th District Probation,
General, Officers Salary, Jury, County Law Library, Public Library, Kerr County Juvenile Pro-
` bation Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 2058 thru 2062 Voucher
Nos. 51011 thru 51201 which were made a part hereof and of this order.
B4otion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 13114 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 10th day of October 1977, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of September of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted, therefore
upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously
approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future
reference and subject to audit.

On this the 10th day of October 1977, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
Officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of October 1977, and held on deposit in
the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $7,045.01.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgements received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $4775.00.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Garrett and unanimously
approved the reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.
