NO. 13139 tdODIFICATION OF CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND
KERB COUNTY FOR RIGHT OF WAY - STATE HIGHWAY 16
On this the 21st day of October 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the Modification of Contractual Agree-
ment, by and between the State of Texas and Kerr County for Right of Way for State Highway

NO. 13140 APPOINTMENT OF A. J. BROUGH TO JOINT AIRPORT BOARD
On this the 21st day of October 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County concur in the appoint-
ment of A. J. Brough to the Joint Airport Board, to fill the vacancy created by the resigna-
tion of Vernon L. Hatch.

NO. 13141 RESIGNATION OF K. D. SHORES, DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 21st day of October 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of K. D. Shores
as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, effective October 31,
1977.

NO. 13142 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF PAUL FIELDS, SHERIFF, FOR APPOINTMENT OF STEVE TAYLOR,
AS DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 21st day of October 1977, came on to be considered by the Court, the applica-
tion of Paul Fields, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for authority to appoint and deputize
Steve Taylor, as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, and it appearing to the Court that
said application should be approved, therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee,
seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authoriz-
ed to deputize Steve Taylor, as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, effective November 1,
1977, and that his salary be set at $9000.00 per annum, effective the date of his qualifica-
tion, payable out of Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.

by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved Change Order No. 3 of the Courthouse
Renovation Contract between Kerr County and Roy McGinnis & Company, Inc.
