CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
Item No. 1: Relocate steam radiator in Corridor 104 as directed on site.
Item No. 2: Remove plaster furring and patch plaster in Commissioners Courtroom 116 as
directed on site.
Item No. 3: Remove decorative wood rail and gate in District Courtroom 209 and reinstall
as directed on site.
Item No. 4: Relocate radiator in Room 205 as directed on site.
Item No. 5: Add concrete topping to rough floor in District Clerk 205.
Item No. 6: Remove the wainscot from walls in Men 110 and Women 109 and plaster smooth to
accept vinyl fabric.
Item No. 7: Where green color appears on existing walls, add a second coat of paint in addi-
tion to one coat originally specified.
Item No. 8: Door between Grand Jury 201 and District Clerk 202 to remain. Strip and refinish
door and frame. Relocate existing return air grill from Grand Jury 201. Provide return air
duct frost Grar:d Jury room, above Restroom 204 to A. C. Room 216.
Item No. 9: It is understood and agreed that this Change Order will increase the contract
amount by two thousand eight hundred twenty-six dollars and sixty-three cents {$2,826.63).

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 13144 PLAT OF TIERRA VISTA ESTATES APPROVED
On this the 27th day of October 1977, upon motion made ny Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of TIERRA VISTA ESTATES, pro-
vided in so doing, Kerr County does not accept as County Roadways the road easements dedicated
for public use, and further, that Kerr County does not assume responsibility for repair,
maintenance, construction or reconstruction of roadways so dedicated.
