NO. 13145 ORDER OF COMMISSIONERS' COURT'S DECISION NOT TO PARTICIPATE IN FIREFIGHTERS
RELIEF RETIREMENT FUND
On this the 27th day of October 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved, it is ordered that Kerr County
elects not to participate in any Firegighters' Relief Retirement Fund, as created pursuant to
provisions of Senate Bill No. 411, Acts of the 65th Legislature and codified as Article 6243e.3,
Section 1 of Vernons Civil Statutes.

RESTORATION AP7D REMODELING
OF
KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE
CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
Item 1: Reinstall four (4) existing steel sash in existing jail and weld in fixed closed
position.
Item 2: Relocate existing water heater from existing jail to existing boiler room. Pipe
hot water to four (4) new lavatories in new restrooms and to new janitors sink.
Provide all necessary electrical changes and additions required for water heater.
Item 3: Remove existing plumbing fixtures and toilet partitions in existing private restroom.
Revise plumbing rough-in as required. Furnish and install new janitor's (American
Standard Lakewell 22" x 18") sink in new location as directed on job. Remove plaster
wall between existing janitor's closet and existing private restroom. Patch walls
and repaint with two (2) coats entire new janitor's closet.
Item 4: Rebuild nine oak door jambs to fit thickness of walls at point of reinstallation.
Item 5: Install new Fritz the on floors in rooms 208, 207, 205, 202, 201, 203, 204, and 213.
All tile, base, transition strips, adhesives and workmanship to be in accordance with
Pages 38 and 39 of Specifications.
Item 6: Forty (40) additional calendar days are granted for completion under this contract.
Item 7: It is understood and agreed that this change order will increase the contract amount
by eight thousand three hundred eighteen dollars and fifty-one cents ($8,318.51).
