NO. 13157 APPORTIONMENT OF $15,000.00 FROM F. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND
On this the 14th day of November 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be, and
are hereby authorized to apportion the sum of $15,000.00 from the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund
to the four Road and Bridge Precincts, as follows:

NO. 13158 RETURNS OF CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION HELD NOVEMBER 8, 1977 CANVASSED AND
RETURNED
On this the 14th day of November 1977, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the Constitutional Amendment Election held on
November 8, 1977.
And the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the Nineteen Election Pre-
which were consolidated into eleven precincts,
cincts/and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns, after
having been opened and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Garrett, the
Court unanimously approved the returns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume 6, Pages 63 thru
65, Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas, and as certified thereto by each member
of the Court, are in all respects approved.

NO. 13159 ORDER APPROVING PAYMENT OF ELECTION OFFICERS AND RENT, ETC. FOR USE OF BUILDINGS
IN HOLDING CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION, NOVEMBER 8th, 1977
On this the 14th day of November 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Garrett, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the payment of claims of the Election
Officials as per claims on file at $2.50 per hour and the Presiding Judges $10.00 for bringing
in returns of Election, including the Absentee Box and payment to various places for the use
of buildings, heat, lights, etc., in holding the Constitutional Amendment Election on November
8th, 1977.

N0. 13160 ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY OF ONE 1978 FORD, LTD, SEDPN FOR USE BY KERB COUNTY SHERIFF'S
DEPARTMENT FROM KEN STOEPEL FORD, LINCOLN, MERCURY AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT
On this the 14th day of November 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of delivery of one 1978
Ford, LTD, four door sedan, for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department, from Ken Stoepel
Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, subject to final approval of specifications by the Kerr County
Sheriff and the County Auditor, and upon approval, that payment be made to Ken Stoepel Ford,
Lincoln, Mercury, upon receipt of Invoice, payable out of the General Fund.
