Neunhoffer County Judge Earl Garrett Commissioner Precinct No. 1 Clinton M. Sallee Commissioner Precinct No. 2 Victor Lich Commissioner Precinct No. 3 Roger Stone Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 13167 ORDER CONCURRING N1ITH THE CITY OF KERRVILLE FOR AWARDING OF AID OF ANTHONY SMITH, DBA KERR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE, FOR AMBULANCE SERVICE On this the 1st day of December 1977, came on to be heard and considered by the Court, the matter of bids submitted to the City of Kerrville, for the rendition of ambulance service for the City of Kerrville and Kerr County, commencing January 1st, 1978. Upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Judge Julius R. Neunhoffer, with Commissioner Sallee and Judge Neunhoffer voting "AYE" and Commissioners Garrett and Lich abstaining from voting and Commissioner Stone voting "NO", said motion carrying by a majority ,_„ vote, it is ordered that Kerr County concur with the City of Kerrville for awarding of the Bid of Anthony Smith, d/b/a Kerr Emergency Medical Service, for ambulance service, including the proposed bid amendments, subject to final bid acceptance by the City of Kerrville. Commissioners Lich and Garrett requested that their reasons for abstaining from voting be reflected in the Commissioners' Court Minutes, due to the fact that one bid was submitted with amendments and that the other bid was submitted according to specifications. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o COURT ADJOURNED DECEMBER 1, 1977 at 11:00 o'clock A.
