NO. 13172 APPPOVAL OF ANNUAL PAYMENT TO SID PETERSON DIEMORIAL HOSPITAL
On this the 12th day of December 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved an annual payment to Sid Peterson
Memorial Hospital in the amount of $3,500.00, as budgeted, payable out of the General Fund,
toward care of indigent patients.

NO. 13173 RESIGNATION OF RAY DAVIS, DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 12th day of December 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Ray Davis,
Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, effective December 11, 1977.

NO. 13174 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF PAUL FIELDS, SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS,
FOR APPOINTMENT OF RAY HOLLIMAN AS DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 12th day of December 1977, came on to be considered by the Court, the applica-
tion of Paul Fields, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for authority to appoint and deputize
Ray Holliman as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, and it appearing to the Court that said
application should be approved, therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to
deputize Ray Holliman as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, at a salary of $9000.00 per
annum, payable out of Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, effective the date of his qualification,
the same being December 12, 1977.

On this the 12th day of December 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Doris
Henderson as Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, with regret,
effective December 31, 1977.

FOR APPOINTMENT OF MARI APdN McDANIEL AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK AND IRMA GUERRERO AS
DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 12th day of December 1977, came on to be considered by the Court, the applica-
tion of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, Kerr County, Texas, for authority to appoint and
deputize Mari Ann McDaniel as Deputy County Clerk and Irma Guerrero as Deputy County Clerk,
and it appearing to the Court that said application should be approved, therefore, upon
motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approv-
ed that said officer be authorized to deputize Mari Ann McDaniel as Deputy County Clerk, at
a salary of $5,760.00 per annum and Irma Guerrero as Deputy County Clerk, at a salary of
$5,760.00 per annum, effective the date of their qualification, the same being December 12,
1977, payable out of Officers Salary Fund.

On this the 12th day of December 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Myra Lenard
as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, be ratified and confirmed, effective December 12th, 1977.
