ORDER TO ENDORSE AND SUPPORT THE APPLICATION OF THE KERR COUNTY PROJECT, TITLED KERR COUNTY
JUVENILE PROBATION DEPARTMENT, PROPOSED TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE TEXAS CRIMINAL JUSTICE DIVISION
FOR A GRANT AMOUNT OF 16,421.00, TO ESTABLISH A KERR COUNTY JUVENILE PROBATION DEPARTMENT IN
ORDER TO PROVIDE FOR A FULL TIME JUVENILE PROBATION DEPARTMENT.
WIiEREAS, the Kerr County Commissioners' Court has reviewed and approved this project and
agreed that the project is consistent with the wishes of Kerr County and its current and long
range correctional needs;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner
Garrett, and unanimously approved that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County endorses and
supports the application, titled KERR COUNTY JUVENILE DEPARTMENT, and authorizes the Kerr
County Judge to submit the same to the Texas Criminal Justice Division and urges its approval
by the Texas Criminal Justice Division of the Governor's Office; and it is further ordered
that Kerr County, acting by and through its Commissioners' Court, does hereby agree to make
the in-kind contributions to the project as set out in the said project application. It is
further noted that it is the present intention of this County to continue said project, if it
is deemed successful, upon the termination of funding from the Criminal Justice Division.
Duly passed at a meeting of the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on the 12th day of
December, 1977.

NO. 13179 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF HERITAGE PARY. SUBDIVISION
On this the 12th day of December 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Heritage Park Subdivision
and that the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 2 will maintain the entrance road of
said subdivision.

NO. 13180 APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO WACO CONSTRUCTION, INC. ON COURTHOUSE ANNEX
On this the 12th day of December 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the final payment to 47aco Construction,
Inc. in the amount of $300.00, as recommended by Lester B. tidhitton, P.E. and A. B. Swank,
F.A.I.A., for completion of requirements under their Contract for Iterr County Courthouse
Annex, and that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher out of the Special
Reserve Fund in the above amount, payable to Waco Construction, Inc.

NO. 13181 ORDER APPROVING REQUEST OF CONTRACTOR, ROY McGINNIS AND COMPANY, INC., FOR PAYMENT
NO. 3 FOR RESTORATION AIQD REMODELING OF KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE
On this the 12th day of December 1977, came on to be examined by the Court, the Con-
tractor's request for Payment No. 3 of the Construction Contract for the restoration and
remodeling of the Kerr County Courthouse.
Said request for payment having been examined by Lester B. 4Thitton Associates and recommended
to the Court that payment be made to Roy McGinnis and Company, Inc., in the amount of
$34,421.78.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the
Court unanimously approved the Contractor's Request for Payment No. 3 of the Construction
