Gn this the 21st day of December 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved an order Establishing Building Permit Fee
Within Flood Hazard Areas of Kerr County in the amount of $20.00, effective upon implementa-
tion of the Regulation for Flood Plain Management.

NO. 13192 APPROVAL OF TOWER RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE COMMUNICATIONS
SYSTEM
On this the 21st day of December 1977, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Garrett, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized
to execute an agreement on behalf of Kerr County with Hill Country Cablevision, Inc., for
tower space for Emergency Medical Service Communications System, at a rental of $600.00 per
annum, to be paid jointly by Kerr County and the City of Kerrville.

increases for certain elected County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, pursuant
to applicable laws of the State of Texas, and that said increases be effective January 1,
1978, and if approved, to implement same at the regular January 1978 Term, namely, January 9,
