on this the 4th day of April 1977, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the necessity of authorizing and direct-
ing County Attorney James C. Vogues to act on behalf of Kerr
County and the State of Texas in the matter of intervening and
filing claims In the 198th Judicial District Court of Kerr
County, pursuant to Article 73458, Texas Civil. Statutes the

It appearin~s to The Court that the Kerr County Tax Collector has
been heretofore served with Citation in said causes on behalf
of Kerr Coun~.~a and the State of Texas and that intervention and
filing of a claim in this cause is required to preserve the claims
of Kerr County and the State of Te~cas ari,s~.ng from delinquent
taxes due them and constituting a lien on the property which is
subject to said delinquent tax suit, it is ordered on motion by
Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unan~.mously
approved by the Court that County Attorney, James CA Vogues, be
authorized and directed to proceed to file an intervention in the
said causes as above set Earth and otherwise proceed according to
law in this matter.
