To the Honorable Commissioner's County of Kerr County, 'Pexas
Gentlemen:
Pursuant to Article 1645, V.T.C.S., and Attorney General's
Opinion dated April 1, 1975, sent to the lonorable James E.
Nugent (a copy of which is attached hereto), we the undersigned
District Judges do hereby appoint Mr. Don Williamson as County
Auditor for Kerr County, Texas eFfective as of May 1, 1977, at an
annual salary to be paid him for his services out of the
General Fund nut more than the amount allowed or paid the County
Tax Assessor-Collector in Kerr County.
We respectfully request that your court provide the County
Auditor with the necessary space, equipment, and other supplies
and clerical Help, if necessary, in order for said Auditor to be
able to adequately and efficiently perfot~rn his duties.
