by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee,
the Court unanimously approved that Order No. 12255-
Re: Office Rent and Expense Allowance of the District Attor-
ney of the 216th Judicial District, dated October 14, 1974
be rescinded and terminated, effective I4ay 1, 1977, due to
the District Attorney's removal of his office and residence
from Kerr County, Texas.
