ORDER CONSOLIDATING CERTAIN KERR COUNTY ELECTION
PRECINCT'S FOR CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION
TO BE FIELD NOVEMEER 8th, 1977
On this the I2 day of Sept..._1977 ,came on to be heard and considered by
the Court the matter of consolidating certai n election precincts cf Kerr County for the
purpose of conducting a Constitutional Amendment Election ordered by the Governor
of the State of Texas to be held on No~~ember 8, 1977 ; and it appearing to the Court that
Section 2.02(8) of the Texas Election Code authorizes the combination of any two or more
Kerr County election precincts intu consolidation precincts for the purpose of conduetmg
the aforesaid election; and it Further appearing to the Court that the costs of conducting
this election would be materially reduced by certain consolidations, it is ordered on
motion by Commissioner Stone seconded by Commissioner Garrett
and unanimously approved by the Court that for the purpose of conducting the Constitutional
Amendment election called for November 8,1977, the following consolidations of Kerr
County's 19 regular election precincts shall be as follows;
1, Election precincts 1 and 7 are consolidated into a eingle precinct with the
Kerr County Courthouse being designated as the polling place;
2. Election precincts 2 and B are consolidated into a eingle precinct with the
Centar•Polnt American Legion Hall being designated as rhea polling plaoea;
3, Election precincts 4, 9 and 10 era consolidated with the Sunset Baptist
Church being designated as the polling place;
4. Election precincts 11 and 15 are consolidated into a single precinct with
the Tom Daniels Elementary School being designated as the polling place;
5, Election precincts 13 and 16 are consolidated, with the Starkey School being
designated as the polling place;
b, Election precincts 14 and 17 are consolidated, with the Scott Schreiner Munlcipa
Golf Course Clubhouse being designated as the polling place;
7. Election precincts 18 and 19 are consolidated, with the Elackwell Fire Station
being designlated as tine polling place;
and it is further ordered that regularly appointed election officials for precincts 1,
2, 4, 11, 16, 17 and 19 shall conduct the said election in the aforesaid consolidated
election precincts.

Kerr County election precincts into consolidation precincts for the purpose of conducting
the aforesaid election; and it further appearing to the Court that the costs of conducting
this election would be materially reduced by certain consolidations, it is ordered on
motion by Commissioner Stone , seconded Uy Commissioner Garrett
and unanimously approved by the Court that for the purpose of conducting the Constitutional
Amendment election called for November 8,197'1 the following consolidations of Kerr
County's 19 regular election precincts shall be as follows:
1, Election precincts 1 and 7 are consolidated into a single precinct with the
Kerr County Courthouse being designated as the polling place;
2, Election precincts 2 and 8 are consolidated into a single precinct with the
